ANIMA is a UK production company looking for genre, high-concept fiction scripts as well as feature-length documentary ideas with a keen interest in under-represented talent. 

FICTION

In scripted ANIMA is interested in commercial projects that sit in the horror, action, and sci-fi spaces, especially high-concept ideas.

Projects must have at least one draft of a script.

We welcome writers/directors or projects with no director attached.

Happy to collaborate with producers as well. 

Budget size: micro (£250K) to low-budget (£2M) projects are welcome. 

Documentaries

In documentaries, they are interested in projects that touch on disability, and mental health. 

They are particularly focused on under-represented filmmakers and subject matters.

Documentaries will need an outline but do not need to have a director attached. 

Budget size: micro (£100K) to low-budget (£1M) projects are welcome. 

All should have commercial potential. 

ANIMA can offer match funding on certain projects and support on the sales side.
